At your personal training studio, using selectorized machines & other equipment, will be very beneficial in helping your clients achieve their fitness goals. Machine exercises are generally easier to teach to your clients. These are also safer, as there are no risk of clients losing their balance or grip & falling. This may be concerns during some body weight exercises. If budget or space is an issue, prioritize machines which replace higher risk or more challenging free & body weight exercises, so that you can better accommodate a bigger amount of potential clients.
